摘　　要：目的了解滨州市各级疾病预防控制中心建设现状,为政府决策提供依据。方法 2017年6月,采用一般性描述方法,收集整理滨州市各级疾病预防控制中心人力资源、建筑面积和仪器设备配置等基础数据,与国家标准进行对比分析。结果滨州市各级疾病预防控制中心现有人员编制295人,现在岗324人,20~、30~、40~和≥50岁4个年龄组构成比分别为7.10%、29.01%、31.48%和32.41%,其中专业技术人员287人,占为88.58%。专业技术人员中高级、中级、初级职称分别占14.63%、41.81%和43.56%,硕士研究生、大学、大专、中专及以下学历分别占6.62%、53.31%、21.25%和18.82%,无博士学历。市级疾病预防控制中心建筑面积为6 950m2,县(区)级疾病预防控制中心平均建筑面积为3 009.14m2,标准编制下人均建筑面积达标率为12.50%。全市各级疾病预防控制中心A、B、C类设备配置率均低于国家标准,各县(区)疾病预防控制中心配置相差较大。结论滨州市各级疾病预防控制中心人员编制严重不足,人员结构有待优化;各级疾病预防控制中心建筑面积、实验用房构成比、仪器设备普遍达不到国家标准。Objective To understand the current situation of construction of centers for disease control and prevention at all levels in Binzhou city,so as to provide basis for government decision-making. Methods In June 2017,basic data of human resources,building area,instrument and equipment configuration of centers for disease control and prevention at all levels in Binzhou city were collected using general description method and compared with national standards. ResultsStaff establishing of centers for disease control and prevention at all levels in Binzhou city was 295,and there were 324 staffs on duty now.The composition ratio of 20-,30-,40-and 50 years old groups was 7.10%,29.01%,31.48% and32.41%.There were 287 professional and technical personnel,accounting for 88.58%.The proportion of senior,intermediate and junior professional titles of professional and technical personnel was 14.63%,41.81% and 43.56%respectively.Postgraduate,university,junior college,technical secondary school or below accounted for 6.62%,53.31%,21.25% and 18.82% respectively,without doctoral personnel.The building area of the city center for disease control and prevention was 6 950 m^2,and the average building area of the county（district）centers for disease control and prevention was 3 009.14 m^2,and the average building area per capita was 12.50%.The standard rate of standard compilation per capita built-up area was 12.50%.The allocation rate of A,B and C equipments of the centers for disease control and prevention at all levels in Binzhou city were lower than the national standards,and the allocation of county（district）centers for disease control and prevention was quite different. Conclusion Staff establishing of center for disease control and prevention at all levels in Binzhou city is seriously inadequate and the structure of personnel needs to be optimized.The building area,the proportion of laboratory buildings,and the instruments and equipment of center for disease control and prevention at all levels in Binzhou are not up to the
