摘 要:利用EBSD、SEM和洛氏硬度计等手段研究了Ti含量及回火温度对Si-Mn系中碳弹簧钢的奥氏体晶粒尺寸、显微组织及硬度值的影响,并分析和讨论了试验钢中析出物的类型。结果表明:当试验钢中添加Ti后,合金元素Ti容易与C发生反应生成Ti C,Ti C具有细化奥氏体晶粒的效果,且随Ti含量的增加,晶粒的细化效果越明显,当Ti含量为0.095%时,晶粒尺寸约为13.6μm;Ti具有细化马氏体板条束和板条尺寸的效果,且随着回火温度的提高,马氏体板条束界限越来越模糊,向屈氏体组织转变;随着回火温度的提高,弹簧钢硬度值呈现逐渐降低的趋势,少量的合金元素Ti使钢的硬度值稍微的降低。Effects of Ti and tempering temperature on austenite grain size,microstructure and hardness values of Si-Mn spring steel were studied by means of EBSD,SEM and Rockwell hardness tester,and the types of precipitates in the tested steels were analyzed and discussed. The results show that when Ti is added to the tested steels,it is easily reacted with C to produce Ti C,which has the effect of refining the austenite grain. With the increasing of Ti content,the grain refinement effect becomes more obvious,and when Ti content is0. 095%,the grain size is about 13. 6 μm. The element Ti has the effect on refining the martensite plate bundle and slab size,and with the increasing of tempering temperature,the boundaries of martensite bundles become more and more blurred,the microstructure changes from martensite to the troostite. Hardness values of the spring steel decrease gradually with the increase of the tempering temperature,and hardness values of the tested steel is slightly reduced by a small amount of alloying element Ti.
