摘 要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验机和透射电镜等手段研究了2524铝合金复合添加Ti元素和稀土元素Ce后的显微组织、拉伸断口形貌、力学性能以及析出相和位错。结果表明,复合添加Ti和Ce元素后,合金的铸态组织得到细化;合金板材的抗拉强度、规定塑性延伸强度、伸长率均有提高。热处理状态为T6时,分别提高了2.2%、2.9%、7.5%;热处理状态为T351时,则分别提高了1.5%、5.5%、20.9%。合金微合金化后,形成的第二相粒子能够阻碍位错攀移,起到抑制再结晶的作用。Microstructure,tensile fracture,mechanical properties,precipitates and dislocations of 2524 aluminum alloy added Ti element and rare earth element Ce were investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,tensile machine and transmission electron microscope. The results show that microstructure of as-cast alloy is refined after the addition of Ti and Ce elements,and the tensile strength,proof strength,plastic extension and elongation of the alloy sheet are improved. When the heat treatment state is T6,they are increased by 2. 2%,2. 9% and 7. 5%,respectively; when the heat treatment state is T351,they are increased by 1. 5%,5. 5% and 20. 9%,respectively. After microalloying,the second phase particles influence impeding the dislocation climbing and inhibiting the recrystallization.
