摘  要:通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)观察、拉伸性能测试和冲击性能测试方法,研究了不同热处理工艺参数对40Cr Ni Mo V钢组织与力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:相同奥氏体化温度下,较低等温温度可获得针状贝氏体;奥氏体化时间延长,贝氏体组织形貌无明显变化,残留奥氏体量增加;随着等温温度的升高,钢的抗拉强度和冲击韧性先增大后减小。40Cr Ni Mo V钢经880℃奥氏体化60 min,340℃等温45 min热处理后,其抗拉强度为1064 MPa,冲击吸收能量达到82 J。Influence of different heat treatment process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of 40 Cr Ni Mo V steels was investigated by the means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,tensile property tests and impact property tests. The results show that the needle-like bainite is obtained at a lower isothermal temperature at the condition of the same austenitic temperature. There is no obvious change in morphologies of bainite with the increase of austenizing time,but the amount of the residual austenite increases. Tensile strength of the samples first increases,and then decreases with the increase of quenching temperature. Tensile strength value of 40 Cr Ni Mo V steels is 1064 MPa,and impact absorbed energy is 82 J/cm2 after austenitizing at 880 ℃ for 60 min,and then holding at 340 ℃ for 45 min.
