摘  要:提出利用油酸钙(Ca(OL)_2)加强析出和微生物絮凝剂GA1(MBFGA1)絮凝作用去除水溶液中阳离子染料孔雀石绿(MG)的方法。该方法将油酸纳(NaOL)对MG的增溶作用和Ca^(2+)对增溶了MG的NaOL胶团(NaOL-MG胶团)的作用结合起来,使MG以吸附在Ca(OL)2上的悬浮颗粒物的形式从水溶液中析出,随后利用微生物絮凝剂GA1(MBFGA1)将其絮凝沉降。考察了各因素NaOL、Ca^(2+)、MBFGA1的投加量对MG去除率及NaOL与Ca^(2+)相互作用的影响。基于这些研究,利用响应面分析法(RSM)和环境扫描电镜分析(ESEM)对MG去除机理及NaOL与Ca^(2+)之间结合机理进行了探讨。在最优的反应条件下,MG 0.14 mmol·L^(-1),NaOL 9 mmol·L^(-1),Ca^(2+)9 mmol·L^(-1),MBFGA1 4 mL,MG去除率可达98.13%。实验结果显示该方法高效环保,在实际染料废水处理中具有较大的应用潜力。Malachite green(MG), a hazardous cationic dye, was removed from aqueous solution by a novel method containing calcium oleate(Ca(OL)2) enhanced precipitation and microbial flocculant GA1(MBFGA1) flocculation.This method combined the solubilization effect of sodium oleate(NaOL) micelles on MG and the Ca^2+effect on NaOL micelles including the solubilized MG(NaOL-MG micelles) to make MG separated out from aqueous solution in a form of suspended particles, which then were flocculated and settled out by MBFGA1. The effects of factors,including NaOL, Ca^2+, and MBFGA1 dosage, on the MG removal and the interaction between NaOL and Ca^2+were investigated. Based on these investigations, MG removal mechanism and the interactive mechanism between NaOL and Ca^2+were discussed and confirmed by the response surface methodology(RSM) and environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM). Under the optimum conditions of MG initial concentration 0.14 mmol·L^-1, NaOL dosage9 mmol·L^-1, Ca^2+dosage 9 mmol·L^-1 and MBFGA1 dosage 4 mL, experimental results suggested that the MG removal rate would acquire 98.13%. These results showed that the method was highly efficient and environmentally friendly,and it seemed to hold strong applied potential to the treatment of real dye wastewater.
