摘  要:采用氯化焙烧—水浸工艺从含铷0.14%的钨尾矿中浸出铷,研究了氯化剂种类、氯化剂用量、尾矿粒度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、水浸液固质量比、水浸温度等对铷浸出率的影响。结果表明,氯化钙∶氯化钠=1∶1、添加量为尾矿质量的60%,950℃焙烧2h,焙砂在室温下恒温搅拌浸出1h,液固质量比为1.5∶1,铷浸出率达到88.6%。Chlorination roasting and water leaching were applied to leach rubidium from tungsten tailings bearing 0. 14% Rb. Effects of type and dosage of chlorinating agent, granularity of railings, roasting temperature roasting time, mass ratio of liquid to solid of water leaching, and water leaching temperature on rubidium leaching rate were studied. The results show that leaching rate of rubidium is 88. 6% under the conditions including mass ratio of calcium chloride to sodium chloride of 1 : 1, dosage of chlorinating agent of 50% of tailings quality, roasting duration of 2 h at 950 ℃, and leaching time of 1 h at room temperature with mass ratio of liquid to solid of 1.5 :1.
