摘 要:为获取长棒形瓷绝缘子交流污闪特性,以制定针对性的防污策略。通过现场污秽取样,确定500 kV交流输电线路中长棒形瓷绝缘子表面污秽分布与组成;采用人工污秽试验方法,研究了污秽不均匀度、污秽种类对交流污闪电压的影响,同时初步探索长棒形瓷绝缘子在交流特高压线路的应用配置;最终比较了涂覆RTV涂料和加装增爬裙的防污效果。结果表明:长棒形瓷绝缘子背风面积污明显重于迎风面,大伞裙下表面积污一般大于上表面,而小伞裙的上、下表面积污情况相当;当长棒形瓷绝缘子表面污秽度一定时,污秽上、下表面不均匀分布会提高其污闪电压,迎、背风面污秽不均匀分布降低其污闪电压,随着污秽中CaSO_4质量分数的提高,污闪电压逐渐增加;长棒形瓷绝缘子的污闪电压和串长呈线性关系。为提高长棒形瓷绝缘子交流污闪电压,可加装增爬裙或芯棒涂覆RTV涂料。In order to design anti-pollution flashover strategy for porcelain long rod insulator, the pollution flashover performance needs to be investigated. Consequently, we analyzed the contaminant distribution and composite of porcelain long rod insulator in AC 500 kV transmission line, and studied the influences of contaminant distribution and composite on the AC pollution flashover performance of porcelain long rod insulator. Moreover, we discussed the application of porcelain long rod insulator in UHVAC transmission line, and compared RTV and composite assistant shed on anti-pollution effect. There is more contaminant accumulated on leeward side and big shed bottom surface of porcelain long rod insulator. Contaminant unevenness on top and bottom surface increases the pollution flashover voltage, while contaminant unevenness on windward and lee side decreases the pollution flashover voltage of porcelain long rod insulator. With the increase of CaSO_4 content, pollution flashover voltage of porcelain long rod insulator increases. Pollution flashover voltage has a linear relation with the string length of porcelain long rod insulator. RTV coating and composite assistant shed can increase the pollution flashover voltage of porcelain long rod insulator while the effect of RTV coating is more significant.
