摘　　要：本文分析了园艺专业英语教学的现状及存在的问题,提出了合理设置开课学期、选择适当教材、采用现代教学手段、采用"三步走"的教学方法等措施,达到提高教学效果、增强学生园艺专业英语的应用能力的目的。Analyzing the status and problems in special English for horticulture teaching, we proposed the reforming measures, such as planning the reasonable term, selecting the proper textbook, adopting the modern teaching media, employing the ＂Three-step＂ teaching way, etc. in order to enhance the teaching result and heighten the application capacity of special English for horticulture.
