摘　　要：随着城镇化快速发展,我国进入社会转型期的中期阶段,城镇居民群体快速增长,群体性突发事件数量呈上升趋势,全面提升新型城镇化居民素质的工作迫在眉睫。新形势下加强社会主义核心价值观的宣传教育,提高群众思想道德水平和科学文化素质,推进城镇文明建设,形成积极向上的社会风尚,都具有重要而深远的现实意义。With the rapid development of urbanization, China has entered the middle period of the period of social transformation. The population of urban residents is increasing rapidly and the number of mass unexpected events is rising. It is imminent to improve the quality of the new urban residents in an all-round way. In the new situation, it is of great and profound practical significance to strengthen the propaganda and education of the socialist core values, improve the ideological and moral level of the masses and the quality of science and culture, and promote the construction of civilization in cities and towns, and form a positive social trend.
