美国NBA球员工会对于我国构建和谐劳动关系的启示

摘　　要：中国经济进入新常态后,劳动关系面临新的复杂态势,对进一步构建和谐劳动关系提出了新的挑战和要求。工会作为处理劳动关系、维护职工合法权益的组织不断发展壮大,不论是政府还是社会、人民都呼吁建立更完善的工会制度。以美国NBA球员工会为研究对象,从其结构、特征和运行机制方面探讨工会建设和改革的意义,吸取经验的同时得到如下启示:工会应加大监察力度、查处违法行为;推进集体协商、完善劳动合同;加强队伍建设、提高干部素质;丰富工会活动,充实员工生活。After China＇s economy enters the new normal,the labor relations are confronted with a new complex situation,which puts forward new challenges and demands for the further construction of harmonious labor relations. As an organization that deals with labor relations and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers,the trade unions have been developing and expanding. Both the government and the society and people have called for a more perfect trade union system. Takes the American NBA players＇ Union as the research object,this paper probes into the significance of trade union construction and reform from its structure,characteristics and operation mechanism,and obtains the following revelation through case analysis： the trade union should strengthen the supervision,investigate the illegal behavior,promote the collective bargaining,perfect the labor contract,strengthen the team construction,improve the cadres＇ quality,enrich the trade union activities and the staff life.
