摘  要:为了构建集体项目社交凝集力模型,首先邀请五名相关领域教授进行专家访谈,然后对全国大学生篮球联赛冠军队——太原理工大学篮球队教练和运动员共18人进行访谈,总结专家、教练与运动员均认可的构成集体项目社交凝聚力的影响因素,编制包涵37个题项的初测问卷。对68名运动员进行初测,剔除无效题目后得到有效题目25项。采用修订后问卷对257名运动员进行最终测试,信度和效度水平良好。使用探索性因子分析提取四个公因子,验证性因子分析表明该模型所有适配度指标均合理。结果表明可以从人际亲和、人际吸引、团体适应和团队合作四个方面对集体项目社交凝聚力进行构建与评价。The purpose of this study is to construct a SEM model of cohesion of interpersonal relationship in team sports. First,we had an interview with five professors in related fields. Second,we interviewed 18 coaches and athletes of the Taiyuan University of Technology basketball team which was the champion team of the National University Basketball Championship. Then we summarized 37 factors that constitute the cohesion of interpersonal relationship in team sports,which are recognized by experts,coaches and athletes. Using the preliminary questionnaire,68 athletes were tested,and 25 valid items were got after excluding invalid questions. The final test of 257 athletes was carried out with a revised questionnaire,and the reliability and validity level were good.We got four dimensions by exploratory factor analysis,and then using confirmatory factor analysis to get the structural equation model on component factors of interpersonal relationship cohesion in team sports. All the fitness indexes of this model are reasonable. The results show that interpersonal relationship cohesion in team sports can be constructed and evaluated from four aspects: interpersonal affinity,interpersonal attraction,group adaptation and team cooperation.
