摘　　要：从学院科研平台的现状出发提出实验室安全管理工作的意义;针对科研平台实验室的特点,采取如下措施进行安全管理:制定实验室安全管理制度,加强安全教育并强化人员安全意识,消除安全隐患,制定安全应急预案;在肯定科研平台安全管理工作取得一定成效的基础上,针对目前管理工作中存在的问题和不足提出未来的努力方向。该工作将对其它高校实验室的安全管理工作具有一定的启发和借鉴意义。The significance of laboratory safety management is proposed from the status quo of the university＇s scientific research platform. Based on the characteristics of the scientific research platform, the following measures are taken to conduct safety management： formulate laboratory safety management system, strengthen safety education and strengthen personnel safety awareness, eliminate safety hazards, formulate safety emergency plans; on the basis of affirming the effectiveness of the safety management of scientific research platforms, propose future directions for the current problems and shortcomings in the management work. This work will provide some inspiration and reference for the safety management of other university laboratories.
