摘　　要：在科技发展与网络普及的推动下,信息领域发生了巨大的变化,图书、期刊已经不再是人们获取信息的主要途径和方式,网络资源、数字资源已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的信息资源。图书馆界必须意识到这些变化并且采取有效措施应对,以便在新的环境中充满活力,健康发展。With the development of information technology and the popularization of network, information field has undergone tremendous change. books, periodicals is no longer the primary means of access to information and network resources,digital resources has become an integral part of information resources. Libraries must be aware of these changes and to take effective measures to cope with, so that we can develop vitally and healthily in the new environment.
