摘 要:目的掌握太仓口岸具备重大病媒意义的病媒生物种属构成、种群分布、季节消长及自然感染病原体情况。方法于2017年,采用夹夜法和鼠笼法对鼠类调查,采用CO_2诱蚊器法对蚊类调查,采用粘捕法对蜚蠊调查。结果太仓口岸鼠密度为0.14%,黄胸鼠为优势种;成蚊密度为13.32只/灯*时,淡色库蚊为优势种,整体密度在8、9月达到高峰;蜚蠊密度为0.046只/张,德国小蠊为优势种。结论通过年度本底调查掌握太仓口岸病媒生物最新分布情况,为识别输入性病媒、比较口岸病媒密度变化和开展针对性防治工作提供科学依据。Objective To master the local status of medical vector species with significance at Tai Cang portsuch as composition,seasonal fluctuation and natural pathogen infection. Methods In 2017,the method of night trap and mouse cage was used to investigate the rodents,the method of CO_2 mosquito trap was used to investigate the mosquitoes,and the method of sticky trap was used to investigate the cockroach. Results The rodent density at Tai Cang port was 0.14% and Rattus Flavipectus was the dominant species. The mosquito density was 13.32 per lamp-hour with the peak period between August to September as well as Culexpipieuspallens was the dominant species. The cockroach density was 0.046 per piece and Blattellagermanica was the dominant species. Conclusion The latest distribution of medical vectors in Tai Cangportwas acquired through annual background investigation,which provided scientific basis for identifying theimported vectors,comparison of vector density and carrying out targeted prevention.
