摘　　要：锦棉织物具有优良的服用性能,通过正交试验方法,研究了活性染料一浴染色时染色温度、染浴酸碱度、电解质及纯碱用量等对锦纶、棉组分上染的影响,并通过单因素试验,获得较佳同色性的染色工艺。Polyamide/cotton mixtures feature excellent wearability. The influences of dyeing tempera- ture, dye bath pH value, electrolyte and soda ash concentrations on the dyeing of nylon and cotton components in one-bath reactive dyeing process are discussed with orthogonal tests. The optimum dyeing process with good homochromatic property is obtained through single factor tests.
