摘  要:中国散裂中子源(CSNS)氢循环系统建成后,需要进行降温调试实验,以获得满足运行要求的温度、压力和流量参数。为了保证人员和设备的安全,先使用氦气替代氢气,成功后再使用氢气进行降温调试实验。介绍了氢循环系统及降温调试的原理,氦气降温调试的过程及相关的降温曲线,分析了降温过程中的异常现象。经过5轮调试实验,顺利完成了氢循环系统的氦降温调试,为氢循环系统的氢气降温调试实验奠定了基础。After completion of China Spallation Neutron Source( CSNS) hydrogen circulation system,the cool down commissioning is needed to conduct,so as to obtain the satisfying temperature,pressure and flow rate. In order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment,helium is used instead of hydrogen,and hydrogen is used only when helium commissioning is successful. The hydrogen circulation system and principle of cool down commissioning are first introduced,then,the process of commissioning and the related cooling curves are expatiated,and the abnormal phenomena during the cool down process is analyzed. After five rounds of commissioning experiments,the helium cool down commissioning of hydrogen circulation system was successfully completed,which laid the foundation for the hydrogen cool down commissioning.
