网印水性油墨的制备及易分散性研究

摘　　要：选用极性调整技术、混合耦合技术、层层自组装溶胶-凝胶法制备水性易分散有机颜料,并对油墨的易分散性进行了系统性的研究,以此获得了最佳的网印水性油墨配方。The aqueous dispersible organic pigments are prepared by three methods, including polarity, adjusonent, mixed coupling and hierarchical self assembled sol-gel method. The ink＇s dispensability is systematically studied. Furthermore, the best formula of waterbased screen printing ink with excellent dispensability is obtained.
