摘  要:为了探究碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)筋夹片式锚具的设计参数对锚具锚固效果的影响,采用非线性有限元分析方法,对CFRP筋夹片式锚具建立三维有限元模型,讨论了内锚环锥角、内锚环与夹片间的锥角差、夹片预紧力和锚具长度等锚具设计参数对锚具锚固性能的影响,并确定了上述参数的最佳取值范围;依据有限元模型预测的锚具最佳参数制作锚具,进行相同荷载下的锚具静载试验,试验结果表明该锚具具有良好的锚固性能.采用的有限元方法,可供各类新型CFRP筋锚具设计及参数优化提供参考.In order to explore the effects of designed parameters of wedge-type anchors for carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)tendons on anchoring performance,the nonlinear finite element analysis method is carried out for establishing a three-dimensional finite element model for wedge-type anchors of CFRP tendons.Furthermore,the effects of anchor designed parameters on anchoring performance,such as the taper of anchor-ring,angle difference between barrel and wedge,presetting load level and anchorage length are analyzed.Based on the numerical analysis,the best value ranges for the above mentioned parameters are confirmed.The static load test of anchorage is conducted under the same load using the anchorage on the basis of the predicted optimal parameters of the finite element model.The test results show the good performance of the anchorage properties.The finite element method used can be referenced by the design and parameter optimization of new type anchors of CFRP tendons.
