摘 要:蒸汽发生器传热管的导热系数是热工分析的重要输入参数之一,该导热系数很难通过理论计算或常规的试验装置直接获得。运用一维稳态导热的原理,针对传热管导热系数的测量,设计了一种圆管法导热系数测量装置。误差分析表明,该测量装置的精度控制在0.5%以内,满足工程的要求。利用该测量装置对4种蒸汽发生器用管进行测试,形成每种传热管导热系数随温度变化的拟合公式,通过该公式可求得每种合金管在使用温度范围的任意温度点的导热系数,为蒸汽发生器传热计算提供可靠的参数。Thermal conductivity is one of the most important input parameters for thermal analysis of steam generator. However,this thermal conductivity is difficult to obtain directly through theoretical computation or conventional test device. A kind of device for measuring the thermal conductivity by tube form method was designed for the measurement of thermal conductivity of heat transfer tube using the principle of onedimensional steady-state thermal conduction. The error analysis shows that the accuracy of this measurement device is controlled within 0. 5%,which meets the engineering requirements. 4 types of steam generators were tested using this measurement device,and the fitting formula in which the thermal conductivity of each type of heat transfer tube changes with temperature was formed. By this formula the thermal conductivity of each type of alloy tube at any temperature point within the service temperature range can be obtained,which provides reliable parameters for heat transfer calculation of steam generator.
