摘 要:电涌保护器(SPD)是电网中常见的电气元件,可以保护电网免于电涌冲击,其可靠性对于电网运行尤为重要。文章研究了电涌保护器及其后备过电流保护的可靠性,通过对电气元件失效率曲线的分析,确定了导通线性区的极限电流值和过电流保护的功能逻辑串联的系统组成结构是决定电涌保护可靠性的主要因素,表明了电涌保护器降额设计和熔断器后备保护可以明显提高电涌保护器可靠性。Surge protection device (SPD) is common electrical components in the power grid, they can protect the grid from surges, the reliability of surge protection device is extremely important for the operation of the grid. The reliability of surge protection device and backup overcurrent protections are studied. By analyzing the failure rate curve of electrical component, the limit current value of the conduction linear region and the structure of the system of functional logic Series in overcurrent protection are the main factors that decide the reliability of surge protectors is determined, and it is demonstrated that the voltage derating design and the backup fuse protection are the effective ways to improve the reliability of surge protectors.
