摘 要:依据二阶响应曲面设计原理,构建铺层参数各自不同水平方案。以整体结构性能最优为目标,铺层参数为自变量,叶片强度、刚度为响应变量,采用Design Expert中Box-Behnken试验设计方法进行试验设计,仿真分析叶片静强度和刚度;经多元线性回归分别建立铺层参数与Tsai-wu失效因子、最大位移之间的二阶耦合映射关系,并对数学模型及回归系数进行显著性检验;分析单一铺层参数和两两交互作用对叶片结构性能的影响,获得性能优化的铺层参数取值,验证方法的正确性和有效性。The different level schemes of laminating parameters were constructed according to design principle of thesecond order response curved surface. With the goal of optimizing the overall structural performance,the laminatingparameters as independent variables,strength and stiffness of blade as response variable,Box-Behnken experimentaldesign method in Design-Expert was used to carry out the experiment design,the static strength and stiffness of bladewere simulated and analyzed. The multiple linear regressions were used to establish the second-order coupling mappingrelationship between laminating parameters and Tsai-wu failure factor and maximum displacement,respectively,and thesignificant test of mathematical model and its regression coefficient was done. The effect of single laminating parameterand their pairwise interaction on structure properties of blade was analyzed,and the optimized value of laminatingparameters was obtained. The correctness and effectiveness of the method were verified.
