摘  要:中东是中国进口原油数量最多的地区,且中东-中国航线原油远洋运输规模不断扩大,为了有效节省远洋运输费用,降低一次物流成本,分析了该航线原油远洋运输问题的特点,并建立了运输方案优化模型。以差分进化算法为主体,采用四染色体编码、基因组压缩、变量互锁、邻近时空优先编/解码等子算法支持,求解中东-中国航线原油远洋运输方案优化问题。在满足供需平衡约束的情况下,缩小了问题规模,缩减了问题的"劣质解空间",最终有效提高了寻优时效。利用算法求解中东-中国航线某月度的局部远洋运输方案优化问题,在约5 min内获得较优可行解,所得优化方案较人工方案节省运费近36×10~4美元。The region in which China imports the most crude oil is the Middle East. And the ocean shipping scale of crude oil along Middle East-China transportation route also increases. To save the ocean shipping cost effectively and cut down the primary logistics cost, the characteristics of ocean shipping of crude oil along the Middle East-China transportation route were analyzed, and an optimization model of transportation scheme was established. The optimization of ocean shipping scheme of crude oil along the Middle East-China transportation route was solved by taking differential evolution algorithm(DEA) as the main part and four chromosome encoding, genome compression, variable interlock and near space-time priority encoding/decoding as the support sub-algorithms. While the constraint of supply-demand balance is satisfied, the scale of problems and the inferior solution space are reduced and ultimately the time of optimization is shortened effectively. When this algorithm was used to calculate the optimization of local ocean shipping scheme along the Middle East-China transportation route in one month, an appropriate feasible transportation scheme was obtained within 5 minutes and the transportation expense of the optimized scheme was 360 000 dollars less than that of the artificial scheme.
