摘 要:文章主要从生物技术、理化方法对羊毛纤维表面处理技术进行综述。生物酶处理技术具有专一性和高催化性能而发展迅速,但由于相关理论尚未完善,科研人员在处理过程中会产生一些问题影响实验结果。等离子体处理技术发展成熟,处理纤维仅涉及其表面,不改变纤维本身性质,但设备操作复杂,此技术只停留在实验室阶段。羊毛拉伸细化技术处理后纤维表面更柔顺,长度和强力有所提升,但刚性出现下降。纳米材料处理纤维后可改进纤维抗断裂和耐磨性能。化学降解技术和聚合物沉积法是20世纪技术人员总结的毛纤维表面处理技术并将其用于毛纺行业,但该方法会产生对生态圈有害的物质。通过对各种毛纤维表面处理方法优缺点的分析,为技术人员选用羊毛纤维表面处理方法提供一定理论依据。The surface treatment technology of wool fiber was described from biotechnology,physical and chemical methods. Biological enzyme treatment technology developed rapidly for its specificity and high catalytic performance; however,there are some problems in the process for researchers due to the relevant theory is not yet perfect,affecting the experimental results. The plasma processing technology is mature enough and only is used to deal with the surface of the fiber,does not change its own nature,but it is only used in the laboratory for the equipment is complicated. Stretching and refining technology improved the smooth of wool fiber surface as well as length and strength,but reduced the rigid. After treatment with nano-material,anti-fracture and wear resistance of the fiber can improved. Chemical degradation technology and polymer deposition methods were introduced in the last century,and used for the wool industry,but they will produce harmful substances on the ecological circle. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the surface treatment methods of wool fiber will provides a theoretical basis for the technical personnel to choose the surface treatment method of wool fiber.
