耳穴压豆治疗高血压30例

摘　　要：目的观察传统中医疗法耳穴压豆对高血压患者的疗效。方法将60例高血压患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者进行西医常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行耳穴压豆治疗,均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果观察组患者降压效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医传统疗法耳穴压豆具有操作方便、简单、创伤小等一系列优点,可广泛推广应用于临床。Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine auricular pressing therapy in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 60 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine. The patients in the observation group were treated with auricular pressing on the basis of the control group. After four weeks of treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results The hypotensive effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine auricular pressing therapy has a series of advantages such as convenience, simple operation and small trauma, and can be widely used in clinical practice.
