阳和汤治疗恶性肿瘤的临床应用与实验研究进展

摘　　要：中医学认为阳和汤具有温阳补血,散寒通滞的功效,为治疗"阴疽"要方。通过阳和汤治疗肿瘤的临床应用与实验研究分析发现该方治疗肿瘤具有一定的应用前景。研究阳和汤对肿瘤所发挥的抑瘤作用机制,对于深入认识温阳法治疗肿瘤的作用机制和扶正祛邪及标本兼治指导肿瘤的临床治疗具有重要的意义。Traditional Chinese medicine thinks that Yanghe decoction has the effect of warming yang and cold blood, and is the prescription in the treatment of ＂ dorsal furuncle＂. The clinical application and experimental research of Yanghe decoction indicates that it has certain practical prospect for the treatment of tumor. The tumor-inhibitory effects of medicines in the prescription were studied, which has great significance for understanding its mechanism, and for understanding the principles of strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors and treating both the symptoms and root causes in the treatment of tumor.
