摘  要:目的证实氧疗对失禁性皮炎愈合的干预效果,为以后的临床应用提供依据。方法分别用高(9 L/min)、中(6 L/min)、低(3 L/min)浓度的氧气对造模成功的失禁性皮炎大鼠模型各10例进行干预,对照组10例未进行任何干预,3 d后宏观和显微镜下观察皮炎的恢复程度和组织病理的相关变化。结果与对照组相比,中氧组和高氧组氧疗后的宏观失禁性皮炎严重程度评分、病理组织的皮炎相关项目评分及炎性细胞浸润严重程度的评分等数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),失禁性皮炎的痊愈效果比对照组好,低氧组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 6~9 L/min氧流量的氧疗对失禁性皮炎愈合起到较好的效果,能有效减轻失禁性皮炎的症状,促进失禁性皮炎的痊愈。Objective To observe the effect of oxygen therapy on healing of incontinence - associated dermatitis in rats. Methods The rats with incontinent dermatitis were treated with high (9 L/min) , mediate (6 L/min) and low (3 L/min) concentration of oxygen and control group which without oxygen treated. The recovery of dermatitis and histopathological changes were observed 3 days after oxygen therapy. Results Compared with the control group, the severity of maeular incontinence - associated dermatitis, the scores of dermatitis related items and the severity of inflammatory cell infiltration were significantly alleviated in mediate and high oxygen treatment groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The healing effect of incontinence - associated dermatitis was also better in mediate and high oxygen treatment groups than that of control group. Conclusion Oxygen therapy at 6 L/min -9 L/min has a good effect on healing of incontinent dermatitis, which can ef- fectively alleviate the symptoms of incontinence - associated dermatitis and promote the its healing.
