ATP10D基因多态性与广东地区汉族人群冠心病的关联性

摘　　要：目的探讨广东地区汉族人群ATP10D基因多态性与冠心病的关联性。方法采用TaqMan探针基因分型技术,在664例冠心病患者(观察组)和657例健康对照(对照组)中对筛选的1个ATP10D基因tagSNP(rs2351791)进行基因型分型,应用2检验、logistic回归模型分析SNP位点与冠心病的关联性。结果 CC、CA、AA在观察组分布频率分别是50.2%、41.4%、8.4%,在对照组中分别为48.0%、43.3%、8.6%,两组间基因型频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);等位基因A和C在观察组和对照组中的分布频率差异无明显相关性(OR=1.05,95%CI=0.76~1.33)。校正性别、年龄、吸烟史、血压、血糖后,发现rs2351791在不同遗传模型下基因型关联性分析(加性、显性、隐性)中的差异均无统计学意义[OR(95%CI)分别为0.94(0.69~1.28),0.99(0.66~1.47),0.77(0.38~1.55)]。结论在广东地区汉族人群中,ATP10D基因的rs2351791位点与冠心病的遗传易感性无显著性关联。Objective To investigate the association between the single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） of ATPIOD, rs2351791 and coronary heart disease （CHD） in Guangdong Han population. Methods A tagSNP （ rs2351791 ） was picked out from ATP10D gene. Using the TaqMan probe genotyping method, this SNP was genotyped in 664 CHD cases and 657 heahh controls of Han origin, collected in Guangdong province. Chi - square test and logistic regression model were employed for statistical analysis. Results The frequencies of CC, CA and AA in CAD group were 50. 2%, 41.4% and 8.4%, respectively; and 48.0%, 43.3%, 8.6%, respectively, in control group. No significant difference was observed in frequency of ATPIOD rs2351791 genotypes between cases and controls （P 〉 0. 05）. Allele frequencies of A and C were not significantly different between the case group and the control group （ OR = 1.05, 95% CI = 0. 76 - 1.33）. Furthermore, after adjustment of sex, age, smoking, hypertension and diabetes, rs2351791 was not significantly associated with CHD under different genetic models （additive, dominant and recessive）. Conclusion Genetic polymorphism of ATPIOD rs2351791 is not associated with coronary heart disease in the Han ethnical group in Guangdong Province.
