摘  要:采用化学镀方法在Q235钢表面制备Ni-P镀层。采用Autolab电化学工作站探讨了化学镀液成分、施镀温度、pH值等对镀层耐蚀性能的影响,通过计算得到反应动力学方程。结果表明:耐蚀性较优的工艺参数为pH=4.5、温度90℃、主盐NiSO_4浓度30~35 g/L、还原剂浓度25 g/L、乳酸含量5 mL/L;硫酸镍、氢离子、乳酸、次亚磷酸钠的反应级数分别为1.3408,2.22346,-0.02388,0.18845;化学镀镍磷的表观活化能为4155.06 J/mol,化学镀反应动力学方程为v=0.526C_1^(1.34308)C_2^(2.22346)C_3^(-0.02388)C_4^(0.18845)exp[4155.06(T-298)/(298RT)]。The electroless plating method was used to prepare Ni-P coating on the surface of Q235 steel. The Autolab electrochemical workstation was used to study the effects of chemical bath composition, plating temperature and pH value on the coating properties. The results show that good corrosion resistance can be obtained under the process parameters of pH= 4.5, temperature 90 ℃, main salt NiSO4 concentration 30-35 g/L, reducing agent concentration 25 g/L, lactic acid content 5 mL/L. The reaction grades of nickel sulfate, hydrogen ion, lactic acid and sodium hypophosphite is 1.3408, 2.22346, -0.02388, 0.18845, respectively. The apparent activation energy of electroless nickel-phosphorus is 4155.06 J/tool, and the reaction kinetic equation for electroless plating is v=0.526C_1^(1.34308)C_2^(2.22346)C_3^(-0.02388)C_4^(0.18845)exp[4155.06(T-298)/(298RT)].
