摘 要:在U71Mn钢表面,分别以激光功率和移动速度作为单因素变量进行激光熔凝试验。结果表明,在功率为1300 W、速度4 mm/s时,相变硬化区硬度达到最大,为1079 HV,是基体的3.6倍。熔道由熔凝区、相变硬化区、热影响区和基体四个显微区组成。Laser melting experiments were carded out on the surface of U71Mn steel with laser power and moving speed as the single factor variables. The results show that when the power is 1300 W and the velocity is 4 mm/s, there are no defects such as cracks, pores and impurities in the weld face, and the hardness of the phase transformation hardening zone is the highest, which is 1079 HV and 3.6 times higher than that of matrix. The melting channel is composed of melting zone, phase transformation hardening zone, heat affected zone and the matrix.
