摘 要:对S32205双相不锈钢进行(950~1150)℃×2 h的不同固溶处理,通过显微组织观察、XRD、酸性条件电化学腐蚀、中性盐雾腐蚀等手段和方法,研究了不同温度固溶处理对S32205钢显微组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经(950~1150)℃×2 h固溶处理的S32205双相不锈钢,随着温度的升高组织中铁素体逐渐增多,奥氏体逐渐减少。1050℃×2 h固溶处理后,S32205双相不锈钢组织晶粒最为细小。经(1000、1050、1100)℃×2 h固溶处理的S32205双相不锈钢中,1050℃×2 h固溶处理的S32205钢试样酸性腐蚀倾向性最小,酸性环境下抗腐蚀性能也明显好于40Cr钢。The different solid solution treatments of S32205 duplex stainless steel at (950-1150)℃×2 h were carded out. The effects of solution treatment at different temperatures on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the S32205 steel were studied by means of microstructure observation, XRD, acid condition electrochemical corrosion and neutral salt spray corrosion. The results show that the ferrite content gradually increases and austenite decreases with the increase of temperature in the range of 950-1150 ℃. After solution treatment at 1050 ℃×2 h, the grain of the S32205 duplex stainless steel is the smallest. After solution treatment of S32205 duplex stainless steel at 1000 ℃, 1050 ℃ and 1100 ℃ for 2 h, the acid corrosion tendency of the S32205 steel sample solution treated at 1050 ℃ for 2 h is the least. The corrosion resistance in acid environment of S32205 steel is also better than that of 40Cr steel.
