摘  要:采用不同的工艺对17CrNiMoV钢机械齿轮进行了热处理,并进行了齿轮的耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与150kW常规感应淬火相比,150kW感应淬火后深冷处理的复合热处理使17CrNiMoV机械齿轮的磨损体积减小41%,主裂纹平均深度减小35%,主裂纹平均宽度减小43%。齿轮的热处理工艺优选为150kW感应淬火后深冷处理的复合热处理工艺。17CrNiMoV mechanical gears were heat-treated by using different processes. And the wear resistance and thermal fatigue property of the gears were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with conventional induction quenching of 150 kW, the composite heat treatment of 150 kW induction quenching and cryogenic treatment makes wear volume, average depth and width of main crack decrease by 41%, 35% and 43%, respectively. The optimized heat treatment process of the gears is the composite heat treatment process of cryogenic treatment ailer induction quenching of 150 kW.
