摘  要:针对热磨机磨片的实际工作条件和性能要求,采用金相组织、硬度测试、冲击试验及断口形貌分析等手段研究了1Cr17Ni4不锈钢在不同淬火加热温度和不同回火温度下的组织和力学性能。结果表明:淬火温度宜选择在1000~1020℃,回火工艺宜选择290~310℃保温3 h;在此条件下,钢的硬度可达到41~43 HRC;回火组织为回火马氏体+部分铬碳化物;290℃回火时冲击功高达56 J,冲击试样断口形貌为大量韧窝和部分解理面。该工艺目前在某造纸磨片得到成功应用,磨片平均使用寿命2个月以上,且无齿根折断现象发生。Aiming at the actual working conditions and performance requirements of the refiner discs, the microstructure and mechanical properties under different quenching and tempering temperatures of 1Cr17Ni4 stainless steel were investigated by metallographic microstructure, hardness test, impact test and fracture surface analysis. The results show that quenching temperature should be selected at 1000-1020 ℃, and the tempering process should be selected at 290-310 ℃ for 3 h; under this condition, the hardness of the steel can reach 41-43 HRC; the tempering microstructure is tempered martensite+part of chromium carbide; the impact energy is as high as 56 J when tempering at 290 ℃, and the fracture morphologies of impact specimen are a large number of dimples and partial cleavage planes. This process has been successfully applied in a paper grinding, the average service life of abrasive disc is more than 2 months, and the tooth root does not fracture.
