摘 要:CHS2209焊条熔敷金属经固溶处理、敏化处理后,进行了晶间腐蚀草酸电解试验。应用金相显微镜对其显微组织、晶间腐蚀形貌进行观察分析,应用EDS对CHS2209熔敷金属晶粒进行成分分析。结果表明:CHS2209熔敷金属1070℃固溶处理后,α+γ组织分布均匀,铁素体条呈网状。固溶处理使熔敷金属晶界、晶内成分均匀分布,无偏析,降低熔敷金属晶间腐蚀倾向。625~825℃敏化处理后,熔敷金属组织中出现了碳化物析出相颗粒,675℃敏化处理后的熔敷金属组织中析出相颗粒最为粗大。675℃敏化处理熔敷金属晶界的含铬量仅为10.22%,低于不锈钢电极电位对铬含量的要求。在草酸电解条件下,经625~825℃敏化处理后的熔敷金属发生了晶间腐蚀。其中,675℃敏化处理熔敷金属晶间腐蚀最为严重,达到了四级。The oxalic acid electrolysis test of intergranular corrosion of the CHS2209 electrode deposited metal was carried out after solid solution and sensitization treatment. The microstructure and intergranular corrosion morphology of the CHS2209 deposited metal were observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope, and the composition of the CHS2209 deposited metal grain was analyzed by EDS. The results show that, after the solution treatment of the CHS2209 deposited metal at 1070 ℃, the distribution of o~+~/microstructure is uniform, and the ferrite strip is reticular. The solution treatment can make the composition of the grain boundary and crystal of deposited metal evenly distributed and no segregation, and reduce the tendency of intergranular corrosion of deposited metal. After sensitization treatment at 625-825℃, carbide precipitated phase particles appear in the deposited metal macrostructure, and the precipitated phase particles are the thickest in the microstructure of the deposited metal after sensitized at 675 *C. At 675 *C, the chromium content of the deposited metal grain boundary is only 10.22%, which is lower than the requirement of stainless steel electrode potential for chromium content. Under the oxalic acid electrolysis condition, intergranular corrosion occurs in the deposited metal after sensitized at 625-825 ℃. Among them, the intergranular corrosion of the deposited metal is the most serious after sensitizing treatment at 675 ℃, and it reaches level four.
