摘　　要：车底式焙烧炉现有烧罐和烧筐在使用过程中存在变形、开裂、使用寿命短等问题,通过优化和改进,烧罐和烧筐在使用过程中抗热震及抗变形能力显著提升,使用寿命得以大幅度延长。There are the problems of deformation, cracking of the burning pots and burning baskets of car bottom furnace and short service life during the using process. By optimizing and improving, both the thermal shock resistance and anti-deformation ability of the burning pots and burning baskets have been significantly improved, which could be beneficial to prolonging the service life of the burning pots and burning baskets.
