摘  要:文章以过程模拟软件Aspen Plus为工具,建立了固定床纯氧连续气化的数学模型,模拟了固定床纯氧连续气化过程;并利用该模型研究了随蒸氧比与气化压力变化对气化指标的影响。结果表明同一原料煤,随蒸氧比增加煤气有效气含量降低,蒸汽分解率下降;随气化压力增加,煤气有效气含量降低,蒸汽分解率下降,但煤气中由甲烷化引起CH4含量增加。By means of process simulation software Aspen Plus, mathematic model of fixed bed pure oxygen continuous gasification is established, and process of fixed bed pure oxygen continuous gasification is simulated. Both ratio of steam to oxygen and gasification pressure have influence on gasification indexes. The influence is studied based on this model. Results show that with the increase of steam to oxygen ratio, effective gas content and steam decomposition rate decrease. With the increase of gasification pressure, effective gas content and steam decomposition rate decrease, but the content of methane in coal gas increase due to methanation reaction.
