摘 要:从盐析对闪络电压、涂层形态、电场分布等方面的影响来研究绝缘子复涂RTV涂料后夹层污秽对涂层运行性能的影响。试验结果表面:夹层污秽中的盐分对绝缘子复涂RTV涂料后涂层的运行性能影响较大,可能造成涂层起泡、局部丧失憎水性、局部电导率低等后果,易引起电场畸变和局部放电,加速涂层老化,对其长期运行非常不利。对盐密比例较高的沿海地区及化工厂周边,需要在复涂前确保将原有涂层表面污秽清理干净,并且尽可能选择喷涂方式进行复涂。This paper researched the influence of interlayer filth on operation performance of layer after RTV re-coating of insulator from the aspects of the influence of salting out on flashover voltage, layer morphology, and electric field. Experimental results indicate that salinity of interlayer filth has a great influence on operation performance of layer after RTV re-coating of insulator. It may cause layer foaming, loss of local hydrophobicity, and decrease of local conductivity. It's easy to cause the electric field distortion, partial discharge, and accelerat the layer aging. It's very bad for its long-term operation. For coastal areas and surrounding of chemical plant which have high salt density, it needs to clean up the layer surface filth before re-coating, and choose spraying as much as possible.
