摘 要:提出一种以铁磁材料为核心部件的复合结构光学电流互感器,该互感器的传感部件在交变大电流作用下发生周期性扭转而引起检测光信号强度发生变化.文章分析检测互感器特性的光强信号,通过电流互感器的光路检测过程,从衍射理论分析互感器的光学解调原理,并计算及仿真出扭转角度与归一化光强关系、被测电流与归一化光强衰减关系.并在实验室搭建检测光路,检测光路由光源、光纤准直器、电流互感器、反射光栅、测量光信号电路及显示输出模块等组成,实验中合理选择光栅参量,理论计算±1级衍射光强和0级衍射光强的比值,通过实验获得光强信号加以论证.最后通过实验获得光强信号与被测电流的关系曲线,并分析电流互感器灵敏度,获的灵敏度值达0.067/A.A kind of optical current sensor with ferromagnetic material as its core component based on a composite structure is studied in this paper,whose sensing parts occur periodically reversed under the action of alternating current resulting in changes in the intensity of the detected signal.This article focuses on light intensity signal of detecting sensor characteristics,optical demodulation principle of sensor from the diffraction theory,calculation and simulation of relation between torsion angle and normalized light intensity,relation between current and normalized intensity attenuation.Detection optical path is built in laboratory,whose structure consists of source,fiber collimator,current sensor,reflection grating,circuit of detecting optical signal and display output module.The ratio of±1 grade diffraction intensity and 0 grade diffraction intensity are theoretically calculated by reasonable selection of grating parameters,which is demonstrated by the intensity signal obtained by experiment.Finally,the relation curve between the intensity signal and the measured current is obtained,sensitivity of current sensor is analyzed and sensitivity value of 0.067/A is obtained.
