针刺攒竹及天鼎穴为主治疗顽固性呃逆30例

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺攒竹、天鼎为主治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将60例顽固性呃逆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针刺攒竹、天鼎穴为主治疗,对照组采用巴氯芬治疗,治疗5 d后观察疗效。结果治疗组较对照组愈显率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗中患者每天呃逆频次比较,治疗组较对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后患者呃逆频次比较,治疗组较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺攒竹、天鼎穴为主治疗顽固性呃逆能明显减少呃逆发作,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect o f acupuncture on intractable hiccup by Cuanzhu（ B2） and Tianding（ LI17）. Methods Sixty cases of intractable hiccup were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture of Cuanzhu（B2） and Tianding（LI17）. The control group was treated with baclofen treatment.The curative effect was observed after five days of treatment. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P0.05）. Comparing with the control group, the frequency of hiccup in the treatment group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）.Comparing with the control group, the frequency of hiccup in the treatment group was less than that of the control group before and after the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture on intractable hiccup by Cuanzhu（B2） and Tianding（LI17） is good. It is worth popularizing.
