针刀配合康复训练对顽固性网球肘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的采用小针刀松解术配合前臂肌群康复训练提高顽固性网球肘治疗效果。方法将60例顽固性网球肘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组在给予小针刀治疗的基础上配合一段时间的肘关节的康复训练,改变不良的活动习惯;对照组仅行传统的小针刀治疗。治疗3个月后,参照Verhaar[1]网球肘疗效评估判断标准对2组的治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组疗效优21例,疗效良8例,疗效可1例,疗效差0例;对照组疗效优18例,疗效良6例,疗效可5例,疗效差1例。将2组样本的等级资料进行秩和检验,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论小针刀配合前臂肌群康复训练对顽固性网球肘的治疗效果优于单纯性小针刀治疗。Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of acupotomy with functional training for intractable tennis elbow. Methods60 patients with intractable tennis elbow were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 30 cases. The observation group performed the rehabilitation training of the elbow joint for a period of time and changed the bad activity habits on the basis of acupotomy therapy. The control group was only treated with acupotomy therapy. After three months of treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared by evaluating according to Verhaar ＇s evaluation criteria of tennis elbow.Results In the observation group, 21 cases were excellent curative effect, 8 cases were good, 1 case was ordinary, and none was poor. In the control group, 18 cases were excellent curative effect, 6 cases were good, 5 cases were ordinary, and 1 case was poor. Rank and test the rank data of the two groups＇ samples was made P 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupotomy combined with forearm muscle group rehabilitation training on intractable tennis elbow is better than that of simple acupotomy therapy.
