中药PSORI-CM01颗粒联合温泉及煤焦油治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究中药PSORI-CM01颗粒是否有助于提高温泉联合煤焦油疗法治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法采用随机双盲安慰剂对照试验方法,收集寻常型银屑病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组给予PSORI-CM01颗粒联合温泉及煤焦油治疗,对照组给予颗粒安慰剂联合温泉及煤焦油治疗,治疗4周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗第2、4周时严重程度指数(PASI)-50达到率观察组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第4周时PASI-75达到率观察组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间复发率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗期间无患者出现反弹情况。结论中药PSORI-CM01颗粒可提高温泉联合煤焦油疗法治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效;中药PSORI-CM01颗粒联合温泉及煤焦油治疗寻常型银屑病是一种有效、安全性较好的疗法。Objective To examine the efficacy and safety of the PSORI -CM01 granule, a compound Chinese herbal medicine, with a combination of balneotherapy and coal tar on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The study design was a double - blind, parallel, randomized controlled trial. A total of 80 psoriasis vulgaris patients were collected. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine PSORI - CM01 granule, balneotherapy and coal tar. The control group was treated with placebo, balneotherapy and coal tar. After 4 weeks of treatment, clinical effective were evaluated in all patients. Results There were significant differ- ences in PASI - 50 rates between observation group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） after two and four weeks. There was significant difference in PASI - 75 rate between observation group and control group after four weeks （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate during treatment of the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was no rebound in patients during treatment. Conclusion The clinical results showes that the PSOR1 - CM01 granule can improve the effect of balneotherapy and coal tar.
