中医综合护理方案对颈椎病患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中医综合护理方案对颈椎病患者负性情绪的影响。方法:将80例颈椎病患者按随机数余数分组法分为2组,各40例,对照组行常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上行中医综合护理。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定患者干预前后的情绪、症状情况,比较2组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率(95%)高于对照组(72.5%),治疗期间不良情绪出现率低于对照组,均P<0.05。干预4 w后,研究组SAS、SDS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);躯体性、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理方案可显著改善颈椎病患者负性情绪,颇具临床推广应用价值。Objective： To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with cervical spondylosis of negative emotion. Methods ： Eighty cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups by the random number method, 40 cases each. The control group received routine nursing care, the research group in the conventional nursing based on comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. Using self rating Depression Scale （SDS） and self rating Anx- iety Scale （SAS）, symptom checklist （SCL-90） before and after intervention to evaluate the patient＇s mood, symptoms, compare the clinical effect of two groups. Results： The treatment efficiency in study group （95%） was higher than the control group （72. 5% ） , during the treatment, the bad mood is much higher than that of Control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, 4 weeks after intervention, the study group SAS, SDS score excel than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the physical, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid scores were lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing program of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the negative emotion of patients with cervical spondylosis. It has clinical application value.
