艾灸“三中”穴联合角调五音疗法对冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效及血清心肌酶学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸"三中"穴联合角调五音疗法对冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效及血清心肌酶学的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的患者冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组34例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用艾灸"三中"穴(中脘、人中、中冲)联合角调五音疗法。2组疗程均为4 w。结果:治疗组临床疗效有效率为91.18%,明显高于对照组70.59%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组主要症状积分、肌酸激酶同工酶(Creatinine Kinase,MB Isoenzyme,CKMB)及心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(Cardiac Troponin I,cTnⅠ)水平低于对照组,比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸"三中"穴联合角调五音疗法可以明显改善心绞痛临床症状及心电图异常,较好地提高临床疗效,同时有效地降低肌酸激酶同工酶及心肌钙蛋白水平。Objective： To observe the effect of Moxibustion ＂ sanzhong＂ point combined with angle adjustable pentameter therapy for patients with angina pectoris clinical efficacy and serum myocardial enzyme. Methods： The patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into 34 cases in the treatment group and 34 in the control group. The control group was given rou- tine treatment, the treatment group in the control group plus Moxibustion ＂ sanzhong ＂ points （Zhongwan, who, in red） joint angle adjustable pentameter. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results： The effective rate of clinical curative effect in the treatment group was 91.18%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （70. 59% ）, and there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . After treatment, the main symptom score, creatinine kinase （ MB isoenzyme, CK-MB） and cardiac troponin I （ cardi- ac troponin I, cTnI） level in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Moxibustion acupoint combined with ＂sanzhong＂ angle adjustable five tone therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and ECG abnormalities, improve clinical curative effect, and effectively reduce the creatine kinase and cardiac troponin levels.
