新安医家汪廷元妇科疑难重证辨治经验探析

摘　　要：清代新安医家汪廷元著《赤厓医案》,择录83则典型治验,书中多系疑难和重危症医案,是一部颇有研究意义的医著。书中有近20则治疗妇科病的案例,足见汪氏在妇科疑难重症的治疗上,颇具手眼,经验丰富,这对当今中医妇科急症临床具有借鉴意义。＂Chiya Cases＂, a book written by Wang Tingyuan who was a Doctor of Xin＇an in the Qing Dynasty. It was a valuable medical work recording 83 selected cases which contained difficult and heavy diseases. The author found that nearly 20 cases are related to the treatment of gynecological diseases in the work, which showed Wang＇s specific views and rich experience in the treatment of gynecological severe problems. Wang＇s unparalleled treatment thoughts had reference value in the treatment of Chinese gynecological severe diseases clinically.
