摘　　要：视神经脊髓炎是一种神经系统非特异性炎性脱髓鞘病变,与免疫异常相关,西医治疗多采取激素、丙种球蛋白、血浆置换和免疫抑制剂。本文从中医角度入手,论述该病的病位、病因病机特点,并配合典型病例分析,为减缓病情进展和控制症状复发提供一定思路。Neuromyelitis optica is a nervous system non-specific inflammatory demyelinating disease, and immune dysfunction, western medicine take hormone, gamma globulin, plasmapheresis and immunosuppressive. This article from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, discusses tiology and pathogenesis of the disease, and with the typical case analysis, in order to slow down the progress of the disease and control the recurrence of symptoms to provide some ideas.
