摘 要:研究了Ni、Mo元素含量不同的汽车曲轴用钢42Cr Mo,采用不同淬火剂进行调质热处理,测试并对比分析不同元素含量的材料经不同淬火剂调质处理后钢材的性能指标及显微组织。试验结果表明:钢中Ni、Mo元素含量的增加以及冷速快的淬火剂都能够显著提高钢材的调质性能,并且可得到均匀的显微组织。The 42 CrMo steel products for automobile crankshafts with different contents of Ni and Mo were studied by quenching and tempering with different kinds of quenching medium. After the heat treatment,the mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel products with different chemical contents were tested and compared. It was testified that the mechanical properties of steel products could be previously improved,and uniform microstructure could gain by means of increasing the contents of Ni and Mo in steel and employing quenching medium with fast cooling rate.
