摘　　要：关键日期产生于国际争端解决的法律实践。1928年帕尔马斯岛案仲裁裁决公布后,国际法学界对关键日期的研究逐渐兴起,20世纪50—60年代达到高潮。相关研究主要集中于关键日期的概念、确定标准、作用等方面。长期探索取得的有益成果,为深化后续研究奠定了基础。同时,既有研究的不足,例如关键日期的概念界定尚未厘清、确定标准模糊、法律作用认识的片面性、关键日期的研究领域有待完善等,也为后续研究留下了深入挖掘和创新的空间。The critical date arise from the legal practice of international dispute settlement.After the arbitration award of the island of Palmas case in 1928,the study of the critical date began to rise,which culminated in the 1950s and 1960s.Related research of the critical date mainly focuses on the concept,the determination,the function,and so on.The beneficial results obtained in the long-term research have laid the foundation for deepening the further study.Meanwhile,the research also has space to develop,such as the unclarity of the definition,the ambiguity of the determining standard,the one-sidedness of the understanding of the legal function,as well as the imperfect of research field,etc.These mean the possible direction and the innovative space of the follow-up research.
