摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了氧化石墨烯气凝胶,然后在成型的气凝胶中加入了低黏度环氧树脂,制备了以氧化石墨烯为骨架的环氧树脂复合材料。利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射表征了氧化石墨烯气凝胶的微观结构及化学特征,研究了氧化石墨烯气凝胶对环氧树脂的交联密度、力学性能、微观结构的影响规律。结果表明,以氧化石墨烯为骨架的复合材料,其储能模量比相同配方的环氧树脂提高了100%以上,但是其整体的玻璃化转变温度有一定程度降低;同时,与未改性环氧树脂相比,复合材料的拉伸模量和拉伸强度分别提高了29.3%和17%,弯曲模量及弯曲强度分别提高了41%和38%。氧化石墨烯骨架对环氧树脂的增强和增韧作用可以归因于氧化石墨烯骨架在应力作用下吸收能量,造成韧性断裂的机理。A graphite aerogel (GA) was synthesized through sol-gel method in graphene solution and then turned to graphene aerogel through freeze-drying method, finally it was used for the preparation of GA/ epoxy resin (EP) composites with low viscosity EP. SEM/XRD tests confirmed the structure of GA. And the crosslink density, mechanical properties, and the micro-structure of GA/EP were studied. We can conclude that the GA make a skeleton structure for the epoxy resin and the modulus of GA/EP composites is improved by about 100% compared with the neat samples. But the glass transition temperature of GA/EP composites decreases a little. On the other hand, the tensile stress and the flexural stress of the GA/EP composites are 29.3% and 17% higher than that of the neat sample. And the flexural and tensile modulus have the improvement of 41% and 38% , respectively. The skeleton structure of GA could absorb energy and lead to ductile fracture. The GA can simultaneously enhance and tough the epoxy resin.
