摘  要:通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了硬聚氯乙烯(PVC)管材的加工温度(Tp),研究了制样效果,干扰峰,不同取样位置对Tp的影响。结果表明,试样与样品盘越充分接触,得到的DSC曲线呈现的Tp峰越好;管材在生产过程中使用润滑剂聚乙烯(PE)蜡,DSC曲线会在130℃左右出现干扰峰;管壁中心部位的Tp低于管壁内外表面的Tp。The processing temperature of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The effect of sample preparation, spurious peak and the different sampling positions were investigated. The results show that the more sufficient contact between the pan and the test piece, the better results of the processing temperature was presented by the DSC curve. With polyethylene (PE) wax used as a lubricant in the pipe formulation, the DSC curve would have a spurious peak at 130℃ approximately; the processing temperature at the centre of the pipe wall is often lower than that close to the inner and outer surface.
