摘 要:已有工程监测成果表明水电工程引水系统埋管状态下,当围岩单位抗力系数(K_0)较大时,K_0变化对钢衬环向拉应力σθ影响不明显;但现行规范NB/T 35056—2015推荐的计算公式中,σ_θ值和K_0有直接关系。本文结合实测资料,对比数值仿真和规范推荐公式,探讨埋管状态下σ_θ计算公式。结果表明,规范公式计算σ_θ时,直接采用K_0,忽略实际存在混凝土垫层,可能会导致σ_θ计算结果出现偏差。上述认识对类似工程设计具有一定的参考价值。Existing monitoring data from constructed pumped storage power stations and other engineering practices show the rock resistant coefficient does not clearly affect the circumferential tensile stress in embedded penstocks if the rock resistant coefficient is relatively great,but currently in effect Specification-DL/T 5141,the computational formula of the circumferential tensile stress has direct relation with the rock resistant coefficient.Based on monitoring data,Specification method and numerical simulation to research how to accurately calculate the stress of penstock.The results show that in Specification method the concrete cushion be ignored,directly adopt the rock resistant coefficient to computational formula,the Specification method maybe produce deviation or error in the circumferential tensile stress and sharing ratio of internal pressure in bedrock.And suggest adopting appropriate numerical simulation in the design of penstocks.The results have important value on engineering design in other similar hydropower projects.
