摘  要:[目的]建立一种同时测定33%氟噻·吡酰·呋悬浮剂中3种有效成分的高效液相色谱检测方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、水为流动相,使用ODS-3C18柱和二极管阵列检测器,在250 nm波长下对试样中的呋草酮、氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺进行分离和定量分析。[结果]呋草酮、氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的线性相关系数均为1.0000,变异系数分别为0.43%、0.48%和0.47%,平均回收率分别为100.30%、99.93%和100.04%。[结论]方法简便、准确,适用于氟噻·吡酰·呋悬浮剂样品的定量分析。[Aims] A HPLC method was developed for determination of three active ingredients in flufenacet ·diflufenican·flurtamone 33% SC.[Methods] The analysis was conducted on ODS-3 C18 column with DAD detector at250 nm, using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase by reversed phase HPLC. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for flurtamone, flufenacet and diflufenican were all 1.0000, the variation coefficients were 0.43, 0.48 and0.47%, the average recoveries were 100.30, 99.93 and 100.04%, respectively.[Conclusions] This method is convenient, accurate and suitable for quantitative analysis of flufenacet·diflufenican·flurtamone SC sample.
